Site Foreman

Foreman – Immediate Start (Plymouth)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established, tier-one infrastructure contractor on a long-term project based in Plymouth.

This is an immediate start role with an initial 8-month contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right individual.

Key Requirements:

*

CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)

*

PTS – mandatory

*

3 Day First Aid at Work

*

Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)

*

Strong IT skills – able to complete detailed daily site diaries and reports

*

Excellent understanding of Health & Safety, with the ability to take full ownership of site standards

*

Flexible to work weekends, nights, and full shifts as required

*

CISRS Basic Scaffold Inspection – desirable but not essential

Candidate Profile:

*

Must be based locally in Plymouth or the wider South West area

*

Proven experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor on civils or infrastructure projects

*

Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

*

Proactive, organised, and confident in leading site teams
