Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned main contractor delivering a 300-apartment, high-quality residential scheme across two 10+ storey towers in Leeds.

The contractor has a strong 5-year pipeline of BTR and Student Accommodation projects, with values up to £100m.

Role Overview:
Reporting to a Senior QS on site, duties will include:

Managing subcontract packages

*

Handling variations

*

Assisting with cost forecasts

*

Supporting valuations and commercial reporting

*

General QS duties on a live site

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor

*

Residential / BTR / Student Accommodation experience preferred but not essential

*

Strong subcontract and commercial knowledge

*
