Quantity Surveyor

An established Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients for a medium size practice in London.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the directors, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with projects fully, pre and post contract with the swift progression into a Senior QS role.

Project wise the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on various sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, educational, some private clients with high end leisure facilities next to private dwellings.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS or working towards
Senior ambitions
Solid pre and post contract experience
Able to deliver a project from start to completion
PQS / Construction Consultancy backgroundIn Return?

£55,000 – £65,000
24 days annual leave + bank holidays
