A professional Building Consultancy with a collaborative nature, is seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor in Surrey.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor / Head of QS is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS / Consultancy background who is comfortable delivering residential projects for private clients.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, supported by two Assistant Quantity Surveyors, will lead high-end residential projects for various private clients across the South – carrying out pre and post contract work, plus some contract administration.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Surrey based / within a reasonable distance
Must have PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
Residential / high end residential project experience would be nice
Good pre and post contract experience
Client facing

£60,000 – £70,000
