Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background to join a busy construction project. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who is confident leading from the front while maintaining high standards across site operations.

This position would suit an experienced Working Foreman or Site Supervisor ready to step up into a Site Manager role.

The Role

Managing day-to-day site operations

Hands-on involvement where required

Supervising trades, subcontractors, and labour

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

*

Coordinating works with senior management

*

Maintaining programme, quality, and productivity on site

Requirements

Proven carpentry background (essential)

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

CSCS Card (essential)

*

First Aid at Work (essential)

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager, Working Foreman, or Site Supervisor

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to commute reliably to site
