Senior Quantity Surveyor – Design & Build / Refurb & Fit Out
Greater Manchester

We are working with a well-established design and build, refurbishment, and fit out contractor based in Manchester, delivering projects across the commercial, education, leisure, retail, and industrial sectors, with projects valued up to around £20m.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The role

Commercial lead on design & build refurbishment and fit out projects

Managing projects across commercial, education, leisure, retail, and industrial sectors

Full project lifecycle responsibility, from procurement to final account

Managing subcontractor packages and commercial risk

Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Valuations, variations, and final accounts

Working closely with design, delivery, and client teams

About you

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Strong contractual and commercial awareness

Able to manage projects independently
