About the Company:

Our client are a new London Developer part of much larger group who are in the process of rapidly growing their team, currently working on 3 live RC Frame projects around London including residential affordable housing and student accommodation

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has a solid work background and who has experience working for a Residential Developer. It is essential that you have knowledge of building processes covering, residential projects with ideally RC Frame high rise. Duties include but not limited to:

* To manage the design process within a residential development project

* Monitor and advise on alternative, beneficial design as and where appropriate

* Liaise and ensure design implementation at contractor level is running smoothly

* To act as the primary contact for the design teams and production teams

* To advise on cost effectiveness of alternative methods of construction

* To co-ordinate the design information supplied to our construction division

* To manage compliance checks against specification and client requirements

* To manage design output to agreed programmes

* To liaise with Local Authorities, Building Control and Planning Departments

About the benefits / rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.

Requirements:

* Ideally at least 3 years of experience as a technical coordinator

* Must have worked for a Residential Developer within recent years

* Ideally have worked on RC Frame high rise developments

* Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty

* Degree preferred

* Can commute to Vauxhall
