Technical Coordinator

Are you a Technical Coordinator looking for the next step? Constructive Moves are recruiting for a leading housing developer in East Anglia!

We're recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a thriving Technical department, combining architectural and engineering expertise. This role is key in managing housing and apartment schemes in a period of substantial growth, and we need professionals with residential house building experience.

With several new schemes launching this year and into 2026, you'll be tasked with:

– ✔️ Co-ordinating external design consultants
– ✔️ Obtaining building control approvals and discharging planning conditions
– ✔️ Ensuring mains services are procured
– ✔️ Providing Construction Issue drawings for site starts
– ✔️ Supporting site operations
– ✔️ Managing external consultants for production information
– ✔️ Preparing Design Programmes and presenting at team meetings
– ✔️ Overseeing NHBC and Building Regulations applications
– ✔️ Ensuring working drawings align with the approved Planning Scheme
– ✔️ Attending site progress meetings and carrying out site inspections

Qualifications and Skills:

– ✔️ Qualified as a Civil/Building Engineer or equivalent, with relevant experience
– ✔️ Good technical knowledge of house and apartment construction
– ✔️ Working knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, and associated legislation
– ✔️ Ability to handle problems and work under pressure
– ✔️ High attention to detail and strong IT skills including AutoCAD/Revit

Salaries depend on background and experience, with a benefits package including car allowance, bonus, pension, and healthcare. Hybrid working options are available.
