Site Manager – Rip-Out Project

📍 Location: LS14, Leeds
🕒 Duration: Minimum of a few months (with potential to extend)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a rip-out project based in LS14, Leeds. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities

*

Day-to-day management of site operations

*

Supervision of rip-out and strip-out works

*

Preparation and implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)

*

Managing subcontractors and site operatives

*

Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Site inductions, toolbox talks and daily reporting

*

Liaison with the project team and client representatives

Candidate Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on rip-out / strip-out projects

*

Strong knowledge and experience producing and managing RAMS

*

Valid SMSTS

*

CSCS Card (Manager level)

*

First Aid

*

Ability to manage works in a controlled and safe manner
