The Role:

Convert design proposals into accurate technical drawings and construction information
Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for residential and mixed-use projects
Oversee and coordinate the technical delivery of projects from early design through to completion
Ensure all documentation complies with current Building Regulations, planning policies, and quality benchmarksThe Person:
