Contracts Manager – Ceilings & Drywall

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager specialising in the ceiling and drywall sector to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing multiple ceiling and drywall projects

*

Programming works and coordinating labour and subcontractors

*

Commercial management, including cost control and variations

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures

*

Attending site meetings and progress reviews

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the ceilings and drywall sector

*

Strong knowledge of commercial and operational project delivery

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

*

Full UK driving licence

Location & Working Arrangement:

*

Office-based a minimum of 3 days per week

*

Candidates should be ideally based within a 25–30 mile radius of our Wokingham office

Salary:

*

Up to £65,000, depending on experience
