Site Manager – Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects in Birmingham and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking construction contractor delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all on-site activities from start to completion

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

*

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively

*

Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

*

Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control

*

Coordinate inspections and ensure works meet specification and regulations

*

Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and reports

About You:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry

*

Strong background in managing multi-trade projects

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Strong understanding of UK health & safety legislation

*

Ability to drive programmes and resolve issues proactively
