Contracts Manager – Birmingham / Midlands
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio.
The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will have responsibility for managing several projects simultaneously, providing leadership and direction to site teams while ensuring commercial, programme, quality, and health & safety objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
*
Provide leadership and support to Site Managers and project teams
*
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to specification
*
Monitor programme, progress, and performance across all sites
*
Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
*
Coordinate with commercial teams to manage costs, variations, and risk
*
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
*
Support pre-construction, planning, and handover processes
About You:
*
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role
*
Strong background with a main contractor delivering multi-trade projects
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Sound commercial awareness and contract knowledge
*
Strong understanding of UK construction health & safety legislation
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications preferred
