Senior Project Manager

Our client is a leading property developer specialising in high quality Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential schemes across the UK. They are currently delivering a landmark city centre development in Birmingham comprising over 200 bedroom apartments over 20 storeys.

Senior Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of a large-scale BTR residential development from construction through to completion and handover.
* Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure the scheme is delivered on time and within cost.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Senior Project Manager Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on high-rise residential or Build-to-Rent developments.
* Strong background in managing complex, multi-storey construction projects in city-centre environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial management skills.
