Senior Quantity Surveyor

An expanding Chartered Surveying consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their central London office and support across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, supported by the current QS team, will help deliver refurbishment projects from estimating and cost planning, right through to final accounts.

Additionally, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity (should they wish) to get involved with clients and mentoring the less experienced quantity surveyors in the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS preferred, but not essential
Good estimating and measuring experience
Commercial and/or Residential project experience would be ideal
Pre and post contract experience
Prior / current PQS / Construction Consultancy experienceIn Return?

£65,000 – £80,000
