Trade Counter Assistant

M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading roofing supplies company for an experienced Trade Counter Assistant to join their busy branch in Hanwell.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for trade and retail customers, providing excellent service and supporting daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serving customers at the trade counter

Taking orders and processing payments

Providing product advice and support

*

Handling stock and deliveries

*

Maintaining a clean and organised counter area

Requirements

Previous trade counter experience is essential

*

Strong customer service skills

*

Good product knowledge (roofing/building materials preferred)

*

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
