Electrical Supervisor – Commercial Project

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work on a long-term commercial project in South West London.

The project is a large shell & core / first fix scheme with elements of CAT A and CAT B. The initial phase is programmed to run for at least 22 months, with ongoing work expected beyond this. Weekend work will be available as the programme requires.

Key duties include supervising electrical works on site, managing electricians and subcontract labour, coordinating daily activities, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specification, and maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality.

The role would suit a supervisor with a strong background in commercial electrical installations, particularly shell & core and first fix environments, who is confident managing labour and liaising with site management.

• Rate: £30–£35 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Hours: 9 hours per day
• Duration: Minimum 22 months
