A well-established industrial roofing and cladding contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a consistent pipeline of industrial projects.

The Role

Pricing industrial roofing and cladding packages

Material take-offs and supplier pricing

*

Review drawings, specs, and scope documents

*

Support bid strategy and value engineering

*

Liaison with design and project teams

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates without demonstrable industrial roofing & cladding estimating experience will not be considered

You must have estimating experience with:

Requirements

Proven industrial roofing & cladding estimating background

*

Strong commercial and analytical skills

Ability to interpret technical drawings
