Contracts Manager

I am recruiting for Contract Managers to join a client of mine based in Portsmouth, they are a privately owned regional contractor with projects that vary in value up to £5m.

This company has a great reputation and pipeline of work.

Requirements:

* HNC or Degree in Construction Management

* Experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time

* Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office

* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally

* Background working for a main contractor and a proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion

Responsibilities:

* Reporting into the Operations Manager

* This is a roaming role, therefore you will be covering 2-3 projects at once

* Oversee work from the start through to completion

* Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget

Benefits:

* Salary up to £65,000

* Car allowance or company car
