High End Finishes Foreman

We are urgently seeking an experienced, hands-on High-End Finishes Foreman to join a live project on the South Coast, which is entering the critical finishes phase.
This role requires someone with a sharp eye for detail, who takes real pride in quality and standards. You will be driving the final stages of delivery and ensuring finishes meet the highest possible specification.
A carpentry background is strongly preferred due to the level of detail and craftsmanship involved.
This is an opportunity to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor, who has a warchest of work moving forward. They work UK wide and within Europe, so the opportunities are there to work internationally too.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and driving all finishes trades on site.

Maintaining exceptional quality standards across high-end finishes.

Being hands-on and present, resolving issues before they become problems.
*
Snagging, quality control, and coordination of final works.
*
Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain programme.
*
Managing subcontractors and holding them to exacting standards.
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and right first time.
About You
*
Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on high-spec or luxury projects.
*
Strong carpentry background with an eye for detail.
*
Quality-driven, organised, and delivery-focused.
*
Comfortable leading from the front and being hands-on when required.
*
Able to travel and be site-based on the South Coast.
*
Experience on premium commercial, automotive, or high-end fit-out projects, would be benefical
