Senior Leadership Role

A well-established infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to lead its estimating function within the Water & Wastewater sector.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly into executive level, with responsibility for shaping a high-performing estimating team and supporting major strategic bids across regulated and non-regulated water frameworks.

The Role

* Lead and develop a best-in-class estimating function

* Oversee governance, risk, pricing strategy, and bid assurance

* Support major frameworks and complex infrastructure tenders

* Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

* Work closely with commercial, operational, and senior leadership teams

* Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards

The Candidate

* Senior estimating background within water, utilities, or major infrastructure

* Strong knowledge of estimating methodologies, tools, and governance

* Proven experience leading teams and managing strategic bids

* Commercially astute with strong risk and cost control capability

* Confident communicator at board and client level
