Site Manager – Earsfield, South West London – Residential – 12 units of 2 bedroom 3 storey town houses – 12-18 month project – starting in April

Our client are a leading residential contractor with sites in and around London, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage Residential New Buid Project in Earlsfield.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

*

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

Driving License (preferred not essential)

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate

*

MUST have previous SIP (structural insulated panels) experience
