Stoneridge Consulting are working with a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Project Manager to join their growing Leeds-based Project Management team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale regeneration, mixed-use and refurbishment projects across the North of England, delivering complex schemes for a mix of public and private sector clients.
The focus is firmly on CAT A commercial offices, industrial and logistics assets, town centre regeneration schemes, and major refurbishments, providing true end-to-end project management.
The Role:
* Leading projects through the full lifecycle, from feasibility and design to procurement, construction, and handover
* Delivering CAT A, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use sectors
* Managing cost, programme, risk, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
* Acting as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator where required
* Coordinating consultant teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
Client & Stakeholder Management:
* Acting as a key point of contact for investors, developers, occupiers, and public sector bodies
* Chairing meetings and providing clear, concise reporting
* Supporting client decision-making with commercially sound advice
* with governance procedures, contracts, and statutory requirements
Leadership & Team Contribution:
* Mentoring and supporting junior project managers and surveyors
* Contributing to team culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
* Supporting business development activity, fee proposals, and client pitches
About You:
* Strong project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
* Experience delivering complex commercial or regeneration-led projects
* Confident client-facing professional with strong commercial awareness
