Your new role
As a Housing Site Labourer, you will be an essential part of the construction team, ensuring the smooth operation of the projects. Your responsibilities will include site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled tradespeople. This role is based in Coalville Centre (LE67) and offers a great opportunity to work on exciting new-build projects.
Location
- Coalville Centre – LE67
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday
- 07:00–17:00
- 1-hour unpaid break
- 45 hours paid per week
Pay
- PAYE: £12.60/hr + holiday pay
- Umbrella: £16.34/hr
- NO CIS/UTR/Self-employment/LTD AVAILABLE
Length of Contract
- 2 years, depending on performance
What you’ll need to succeed
Essentials
- Valid CSCS Card (Green minimum)
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Minimum 1 reference from a previous employer (e.g., Site Manager)
- Previous experience in a similar role
Preferable
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience with pre-plastering plots
