Job Title: Estimator Natural Stone
Location: North London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonuses

The role of Estimator Natural Stone Products will involve:

Estimator dealing with a high end quality manufactured range of natural stone block, brick and masonry products.
Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
Using tools such as Excel and CAD / Bluebeam
Liaising with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
Producing formal quotations to clients
Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
Working on projects between £10k – £2M Requirements for the  Estimator:

Must have estimating experience within the stone sector.
Ideally had experience within the building product sectors
Ideally have with Bluebeam estimating software or similar.
IT Literate (Particularly Excel)
