We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager in Bellshill on an immediate-start basis. This is a long-term freelance contract running until May 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning and coordination, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met

*

Oversee budget management, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting

*

Manage on-site operations, coordinating contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

*

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Act as the main point of contact for on-site project execution and progress updates

Essential Experience

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a freelance or contract capacity

*

Strong background in Planning & Coordination

*

Demonstrated expertise in Budget Management

*

Solid experience in Onsite Management, with the ability to make decisions on the ground

*

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
