Are you a driven, proactive professional with experience in managing moves and changes, particularly within the financial sector? We are looking for a Moves & Changes Manager to take ownership of our clients busy programme of works.

The Role:
As the Moves and Changes Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering office moves and changes, from initial planning to final delivery. This includes organising trolleys, ensuring protection of assets, and managing all logistical details. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, professional service at every stage.

Moves and Changes Manager Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of moves and changes projects across multiple office locations.

*

Plan and organise moves, including resources, trolleys, and asset protection.

*

Deliver moves on-site and ensure all client expectations are met.

*

Liaise directly with clients in the financial sector, maintaining strong relationships.

*

Negotiate and problem-solve to ensure projects run smoothly.

*

Manage multiple projects across Europe, keeping everything on schedule.

About You:

Proven experience managing moves and changes within a financial institution or similar environment.

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

*

Self-starter with a “get up and go” attitude and ability to drive projects independently.

Excellent negotiation and client-facing skills.

*

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
