Assistant Site Manager – Residential Housebuilding
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 + competitive package

I am currently partnering with a bespoke, privately owned (non-PLC) house builder who is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager on a permanent basis for an exciting residential development in Chippenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and design. With multiple new sites planned across the region, the successful candidate will be offered a clear and structured progression route to Site Manager.

The Role:

Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development

*

Assisting in managing subcontractors and trades on site

*

Helping to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality

*

Monitoring health & safety compliance and site presentation

*

Assisting with quality inspections, snagging, and handovers

About You:

*

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or a highly experienced Site Supervisor looking to step up) within residential housebuilding

*

Strong understanding of build processes and health & safety requirements

*

Hands-on, proactive approach with good organisational skills

*

Ambitious and keen to progress into a Site Manager role
