The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of one or more new build Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the commercial management of projects
*
Procurement of subcontract packages
*
Cost control, reporting and forecasting
*
Measurement and valuation of works
*
Preparation and agreement of variations
*
Supporting final accounts
*
Working closely with site and project teams
*
Ensuring commercial procedures are followed
About You
The successful candidate will have:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build or Design & Build projects
*
Background in residential or mixed-use construction preferred
*
Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A positive, proactive approach to work
*
Desire to develop and progress within a reputable contractor
