Job Advert – Site Supervisor (Water Industry / Coatings Remediation)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support an Anglian Water remediation project. You will oversee site activities, working closely with our specialist sub‑contractor, who will carry out jetting, blasting and re‑coating of internal tank walls.

This is a key role ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of works during the project period.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day site supervision in line with Anglian Water standards
Support the sub‑contractor team working inside the tower
Oversee jetting, blasting and coating operations
Maintain site safety, quality and environmental compliance
Liaise with project stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of planned works
Operate hoist equipment (if qualified) to assist operational activities

Required Qualifications & Certifications

SSSTS or SMSTS
IOSH or NEBOSH
Gold CSCS Card
Anglian Water Passport (can be arranged if not already held)
Hoist Operator certification (highly desirable)

Ideal Candidate

Strong supervisory experience in the water, construction, or industrial coatings sector
Knowledge of confined‑space and coating/jetting safety standards
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to safety
Able to work on site full‑time Monday-Friday for the full project duration
