Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, delivering high-quality commercial and residential fit-out projects. The role involves managing project costs from tender through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed margins.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender documents

Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations

Cost control, variations, and change management

Preparing interim valuations and final accounts

Liaising with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

Ensuring commercial compliance and risk management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out or construction

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
