A leading business in the construction and engineering industry is hiring an M&E Asset Condition Inspector contractor with previous experience  in either a mechanical, electrical or plumbing/HVAC background, to work in Northumberland on a contingency basis. The Role
As the M&E Asset Condition Inspector, you'll:

– Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
– Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
– Provide expert advice on M&E solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
– Data collection and upload using the clients software application

You
To be successful in the role of M&E Asset Condition Inspector, you'll bring:

– Relevant experience in an Engineering or Hard services discipline 
– Strong IT skills and competency 
– Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
