Salary:£35-38,000

A respected and long-established architectural practice, known for its considered and sustainable design approach, is looking to appoint an experienced Architect to join its welcoming and collaborative Cambridge studio. The practice works across a broad range of sectors including education, healthcare, cultural, and residential projects, delivering high-quality architecture that combines strong design thinking with technical excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in both the design and delivery of varied projects. You will work closely with in-house teams, external consultants, and contractors, contributing to schemes from detailed design stages through to construction and completion on site.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the preparation of high-quality design and technical information
Coordinating design and technical input with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stages 3 to 6
Ensuring compliance with current UK Building Regulations and relevant technical standards
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project environment
Assisting with design coordination during construction and on-site stagesSkills & Experience

ARB-registered Architect
Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
Strong technical knowledge with a high standard of construction detailing
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
Proficient in Revit with a solid working knowledge of BIM processes
Excellent attention to detail
