Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor – London
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Flexible Working

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to progress your career with a leading Tier 1 contractor? We're seeking a motivated, commercially minded professional to join our London team.

What you'll be doing:

Managing commercial aspects of multiple projects across education, leisure, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.

Preparing cost plans, valuations, and variation assessments.

Working on 2-stage projects, contributing from early design through to completion.

Collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Supporting the senior QS team with commercial reporting and risk management.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience with a Tier 1 contractor.

Strong understanding of 2-stage tendering and construction procurement processes.

Commercial experience across education, healthcare, leisure, or life sciences projects.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
