Quantity Surveyor – Tier 1 Main Contractor – London
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Flexible Working

We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in London. This role offers exposure to a variety of projects across education, leisure, healthcare, and life sciences, working on 2-stage schemes.

Responsibilities:

Manage commercial aspects of projects from cost planning to final account.

Prepare valuations, variation assessments, and reports.

Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Support senior QS team with commercial reporting and risk management.

Requirements:

Proven experience with a Tier 1 contractor.

Strong knowledge of 2-stage tendering and construction procurement.

Experience across education, healthcare, leisure, or life sciences.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
