A well-established mechanical and electrical building services contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team. The company is family-owned with a fantastic reputation, giving them repeated work from varying clients including educational, recreational, and public sector projects. Projects will also include those for the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
Your new role
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to execution and project closure. Collaborating closely with engineers and crew members, you’ll ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in adherence to safety regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising construction, reviewing designs, managing project teams, coordinating logistics, and purchasing materials.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong electrical knowledge in a project management capacity. This will include suitable electrical qualifications, preferably with site management qualifications e.g., SSSTS. Applicants with experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor who are aspiring to progress to an Electrical Project Manager role are encouraged to apply.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £40,000 – £55,000 + Car/Car Allowance. You will have 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
