Senior Quantity Surveyor

What you’ll be doing:

Leading an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on various residential and contracting works in and around Sheffield whilst liaising with the managerial team to ensure works run smoothly and within budget.

* You’ll be using your commercial experience to manage your own accounts to increase profitability of the contracts.

* Ensure that all documentation such as compliance, completion etc is completed and stored per the process.

* Prepare monthly CVR reports.

What you’ll need:

* Proven experience working as a QS / SQS in housebuilding or contracting

* Relevant qualifications in the field

* UK Driving Licence
