We are seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to join a flagship residential development in Eastleigh. This is a key role on a large-scale project approaching its final phases, requiring a detail-driven professional who can deliver high-quality homes in line with programme deadlines and exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all finishing trades to ensure exceptional quality across multiple plots.

Manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes.

*

Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong site presence to drive productivity.

*

Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams to meet completion targets.

*

Ensure all units are customer-ready and compliant with health & safety regulations.

*

Monitor workmanship and enforce quality control procedures.

*

Support successful inspections and client walkthroughs.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager/ Foreman on large residential projects.

*

Strong eye for detail with a passion for delivering high-spec homes.

*

Ability to manage multiple units simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
