Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An entrepreneurial Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a professional and hard-working Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their open plan, modern offices near London Victoria.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be involved on private, high end projects including a luxury student accommodation scheme, a 5* hotel, and a £70m commercial refurbishment project.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the senior management team with various pre and post contract tasks, with the view of building you up to handle your own projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Management consultancy practice
Commercial project experience would be beneficial
Confident – good communication skills
Basic pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£35,000 – £45,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shut down
