Dubai (Relocation Opportunity)
An international landscaping and green-infrastructure contractor is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major projects across Dubai and the wider UAE.
This is a genuine long-term opportunity to join a well-established business delivering large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, and public projects, with full support provided for relocation.
The Role
Depending on experience, you will be responsible for:
Commercial management of landscaping and external works packages
Cost reporting, valuations, and financial control across live projects
Procurement and subcontract management
Contract administration and change control
Risk management and cost forecasting
Stakeholder engagement with project, design, and delivery teams
Senior-level hires will also take responsibility for commercial leadership, mentoring, and strategic cost control.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or landscaping
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Confident managing cost control, reporting, and procurement processes
Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Open to international relocation to Dubai
UK-trained professionals particularly encouraged to apply
Experience within landscaping or external works is advantageous but not essential – strong commercial construction experience is key.
