Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 + Company Car/ Car Allowance + Package

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Leicestershire-based office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in contract management and will join a well-established team within a specialist passive fire protection company.

Key Requirements:

5+ Years experience as a Contracts Manager
Passive Fire Protection experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Managing multiple passive fire protection contracts from award through to completion
Overseeing site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors across live projects
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders
Ensuring all works comply with relevant fire safety regulations and company standards
Monitoring progress, variations, and commercial performance of contracts
Supporting and leading site teams to maintain quality and productivity
Assisting with final accounts, handovers, and project close-out
