Quantity Surveyor

A London based Quantity Surveying consultancy with a broad array of private sector clients is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project QS who is looking to join a medium size practice.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Based near London Victoria, the new Quantity Surveyor's workload will be 60% commercial and remaining 40% a combination of unique student accommodation, high-end residential, and hospitality projects.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall have their own projects to run from inception to completion with Associate support. On top of this, you'll play a supporting role on larger schemes (£80m+).

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Management consultancy practice
Commercial project experience would be beneficial
Confident – good communication skills
Pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
