Sector: Commercial Fit-Out (CAT A / CAT B)

We are working with a well-established M&E contractor specialising in high-end commercial fit-out projects across Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of CAT A and CAT B schemes, they are looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing delivery team.

The Role

As HVAC Project Manager, you will take full ownership of HVAC packages from pre-construction through to final handover, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams on fast-paced commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC delivery on CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects

*

Oversee programme, cost control, quality, and health & safety

*

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

*

Attend and lead progress meetings with clients and consultants

*

Manage commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes

*

Work closely with the wider M&E and construction teams on site

Experience & Requirements

*

Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager within commercial fit-out

*

Strong background delivering CAT A and CAT B projects

*

Experience working on Central London projects

*

Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

SMSTS / CSCS (or equivalent) preferred
