Your new role
You will join as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor joining a number of major infrastructure projects. Duties:
- Management of subcontractors
- Certification of payment and change
- Use Site Commercial and document Systems (ORACLE, CEMAR, Projectwise and Forecasting Tools).
- Keeping Costs and records
What you’ll need to succeed
- NEC Contract Knowledge
- Strong Sub Contractor Management
- Major infrastructure experience
