Quantity Surveyors x 2 – all levels

I'm currently recruiting for a respected residential developer on a live scheme in Tooting, SW London, and they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with two high calibre Quantity Surveyors.

This is a genuinely good environment to join, the team culture and ethos are strong, and the commercial function is led by a highly regarded Projects Director.

Roles considered: Assistant Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor, or two Quantity Surveyors
Location: Tooting
Rate: £(Apply online only) per day, strictly dependent on experience
Engagement: Freelance or temp to perm

High calibre QS professionals with solid new build residential experience
Comfortable working as part of a close knit commercial team
Proactive, detail focused and commercially sound
Refurbishment exposure welcomed but not a deal breaker
