Job Title: On-Site Project Manager – M&S Refurbishment
Location: Dublin
Project Value: Multi-million pound refurbishment

The Role:
We are looking for a strong, experienced No.1 Site Manager to lead a major multi-million M&S refurbishment project in Dublin. This is a flagship scheme requiring a hands-on, organised manager with proven experience delivering M&S projects to the highest standards.You must be prepared to stay over in Dublin and work away for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for day-to-day site management as No.1

Managing programme, quality, and health & safety on a live retail refurbishment

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Liaising directly with the client and project stakeholders

Ensuring strict compliance with M&S standards and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager on large retail refurbishments

Previous M&S project experience essential

Up-to-date M&S Simple Compliance required

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Willing and able to work away in Dublin
