Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff across multiple projects
Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost control to maximise profitability
Manage NEC contracts and ensure commercial compliance across all projects
Act as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal departments
Coordinate and communicate with design, procurement, project management, and site teams
Review and approve subcontractor contracts, invoices, and variations
Prepare commercial reports and updates for senior management Candidate Requirements

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within M&E, commercial construction, or fit out sectors
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
Experience managing multiple projects and leading a team
Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability
Commutable to and around London Salary & Benefits

£90,000–£110,000 per annum
