I am currently working with an excellent medium sized residential contractor who are looking for the services of a permanent Site Manager to join the business.

The project consists of a commercial conversion to residential dwellings with a two-storey extension. The site itself is situated in Hertfordshire with the majority of future projects working across the South East of England

Main duties:

* Managing the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts.

* Ensuring that the final product is to standard

* Full responsibility and control of all site staff and sub-contractors including labour only groundworkers/contractors, ensuring that all employees comply with our Health and Safety standards

* Liaison with head office and local authorities

* Timely ordering of materials ensuring the build programme can be achieved

* Ensure all inspections are carried out as required

* Carry out hand over inspection of properties to the customers in accordance with our customer care procedures

* Complete as soon as practicably possible any customer care defects raised in conjunction with our customer care team

* Actively encourage a philosophy of safety, progress, quality, and innovation

The relevant candidate must have direct experience working on a similar style project with experience on residential conversions. They must also hold up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
