Operations Manager – Re-Cladding & Fire Remediation

A leading Tier 1 property maintenance and fire safety contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its re-cladding and fire remediation projects across major housing and public sector portfolios.

This senior role will oversee the delivery of large-scale re-cladding programmes, managing multiple project teams and ensuring full compliance with building safety legislation, fire regulations, and client frameworks. You’ll play a key role in driving safe delivery, quality, and programme performance across complex, high-risk projects.

Key responsibilities:

Leading re-cladding and fire remediation projects from pre-start through to completion

Managing project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain

Ensuring compliance with building safety regulations, fire safety standards, and funding requirements

Driving programme delivery, cost control, and quality assurance

Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

About you:

Proven experience managing re-cladding or major fire remediation projects

Background with Tier 1 contractors or large maintenance/compliance frameworks

Strong knowledge of building safety legislation and fire compliance

Confident leader with strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
