I’m working with a well-respected main contractor operating across the Midlands who are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver major industrial and logistics developments out of their Leicester office.

With a strong pipeline of work including large-scale warehouses, distribution hubs, and manufacturing facilities, this is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially robust contractor delivering high-value projects for blue-chip clients.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, including:

Commercial management of industrial & logistics schemes

*

Procurement of subcontract packages

*

Valuations, variations and cost reporting

*

CVRs and forecasting

*

Subcontractor management and payments

*

Final accounts and project close-out

*

Working closely with site teams and senior management

About You

My client is keen to speak with commercially driven Quantity Surveyors who have:

Experience working for a main contractor

Background delivering industrial, logistics, or commercial builds

*

Strong contractual and commercial knowledge

*

Confident communicator with supply chain and client teams

*

Ability to manage projects independently
